Karen Gonzales is a Canadian illustrator based in Brampton, Ontario.

Karen's free time is usually spent filling up the pages of her sketchbook with the everyday lives of the people she finds. She constantly has to reassure friends (and herself) that she is simply studying. When her sketchbook is not in use, it is put away in her pocket, acting as a shield to any sharp object that may come her way.

Karen also enjoys watching animated series and films in her PJs. Nothing flutters her heart more than a good ol' slow dance between storytelling and animation.
